Purpose

The Pan American Flying Disc Federation (PAFDF) is the continental governing body of Flying Disc sports in the Americas (North, Central and South), recognized by the World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF). PAFDF is responsible for the governance and promotion of Flying Disc sports, including Ultimate, Beach Ultimate, Disc Golf, Freestyle, Guts and Overall and any other future disc disciplines with a World Championships in the Pan American region.

Position disc sports at the highest standards of recognition in the Pan American Region and in each of the regional countries.

Mission

To support and promote the inclusive growth and development of all Flying Disc sports and Spirit of the Game throughout the Pan American region.

Representing WFDF creates a commitment to practicing Spirit of the Game on and off of the field of play. Yet in the context of our strategy, PAFDF believes that the following core values will support current and future board members in their actions and collaboration with member countries, sponsors, teams, players and other stakeholders within the community.

History

The Pan American Flying Disc Federation was formally established in 2014.
