WFDF Academy is the official education platform of WFDF. WFDF Academy offers comprehensive educational opportunities for athletes, coaches, teachers, game advisors and others involved in Flying Disc Sports at different levels throughout the world to gain knowledge and improve competencies.
It aims to make access to education open and available globally, and features credentialing (badges and certificates) to highlight learning achievements. WFDF Academy is available on smartphone, tablet and computer; with and without internet connection.
Account creation is open and free, and a number of self-study opportunities are available.
Opportunities for collaboration with National Federations in incorporation of existing content, development of new content, translation and promotion are available to create system alignment.

Aimed at teachers in kindergarten and primary schools, the resource introduces all Flying Disc disciplines, their different equipment, instructions to teach basic skills, and over thirty (30) different activities for the context.
Launched in 2020, the "Ultimate at School: Teacher's File" is a key resource for physical education teachers from primary and secondary schools to learn about the sport of Ultimate, its rules, specific aspects of the sport like throwing and catching, and teaching methods and learning assessment, along with other Flying Disc Disciplines and "Spirit of the Game".
The World Flying Disc Federation is a Recognized International Sport Federation by the International Paralympic Committee, the governing body for athletes with impairments and the Paralympic Movement. Wheelchair Ultimate is the first discipline developed with an introductory book (Flying Disc Parasport Wheelchair Ultimate, 2021), a precursor to the Wheelchair Ultimate Rules (updated in 2025), which culminated in the first-ever World Championships.
